A unique, flavorful crust mix. Because sourdough discard powder is strictly for flavor and acidity, we include a small packet of instant yeast to ensure your customers get a reliable, beautiful rise.
"Just Add" Label Instructions: > Stir the enclosed yeast packet into the dry mix. Add ¾ cup (180ml) warm water and 1 tbsp olive oil. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour before shaping, topping, and baking at your oven's highest temperature (preferably on a preheated pizza stone!).
