Friday, September 4th — 5:00 to 8:30 PM at Heartwood Preserve. This is our last market before Labor Day weekend, and we're bringing something brand new to the table.

Introducing: Honey Wheat Hawaiian Sourdough Rolls

We're launching our Honey Wheat Hawaiian Sourdough Rolls this week — soft, pull-apart rolls with a touch of sweetness from honey and pineapple juice, built on our signature sourdough base. They've got that classic Hawaiian roll softness with real sourdough character underneath.

These rolls are made for get-togethers. A few ideas to start with:

• Ham and cheddar sliders — the honey-sweet crumb plays perfectly against salty ham and sharp cheddar. Slice a full pan in half, layer it up, and bake until the cheese melts.

• Game day and party trays — pull-apart format means no slicing required, just set the pan out and let people go.

• Alongside soups and stews — as the weather starts to turn, these are the roll for the job.

We'll have a limited number of pans at market on the 4th, plus a sample tray so you can try before you buy.

A note on hamburger buns: we get asked about these often, and they're on the list — but we want to nail down the recipe properly before it hits the table. Stay tuned.
